3. Secure door latch snib -2- with the fastening nuts -1-. Tightening torque: Final tightening: 9.7 Nm (ftlb.) (7.2)

Fastening door arrester on body side

1. Screw door arrester -2- to the A-pillar with the fastening screw -1-. Tightening torque:

Fastening screw with property class 8.8 shown on the screw head. Final tightening: 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)

Fastening screw with property class 10.9 shown on the screw head. Final tightening: 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

1. Install loudspeaker for front door. Refer to Removing and installing loudspeakers for front doors.
