Disassembling And Assembling The Centre Console

Preliminary work

1. Remove centre console. Refer to Removing and installing centre console.
2. Remove front ashtray. Refer to Removing and installing front ashtray.
3. Remove cover for rear tray. Refer to Removing and installing cover for rear luggage tray.
4. Remove cigarette lighter. Refer to Removing and installing cigarette lighter.
5. Remove centre console socket. Refer to Removing and installing socket.
6. Remove interior monitoring sensor. Refer to Removing and installing interior monitoring sensor.
7. Remove switch for roof. Refer to Removing and installing switch for roof.
8. Remove wire harness for centre console. Refer to Removing and installing wire harness for centre console.

1. Unclip fastening nut and check it, replace it if necessary.

2. Turn over centre console.
3. Unscrew fastening screw -1-.

4. Press in locking lugs -arrows A- and remove locking mechanism insert -2- (-arrow-).

INFORMATION:  Only if replacing the centre console.

1. Remove protective film -1- and stick sound absorbent film -2- on the inside of the centre console -3-.
