1.1. Move both hydraulic cylinders out by the -dimension X-. Length: 15 mm+5 mm
To do this, connect the -wide contact- to 8V (+) and the -narrow contact- to ground (-).
INFORMATION:

Trapped air will escape via the banjo bolt while the hydraulic cylinder moves downwards.

Wipe up emerging Pentosin with a cloth.

Counter at the hydraulic line with an open-ended wrench when tightening the banjo bolt.
2. Bleed the pump unit via the hydraulic lines on the two hydraulic cylinders.
2.1. Slowly open the banjo bolt -2- on one hydraulic cylinder -1- until the hydraulic cylinder -1- moves slowly downwards. As soon as the
hydraulic cylinder -1- reaches the lower mechanical stop, tighten the banjo bolt -2-. Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)
2.2. Slowly open the banjo bolt -2- on the second hydraulic cylinder -1- until the hydraulic cylinder -1- moves slowly downwards. As soon as the
hydraulic cylinder -1- reaches the lower mechanical stop, tighten the banjo bolt -2-. Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)
3. Press cap -2- onto the hydraulic cylinder -1-.
