1. Slide the rubber sleeve from the special tool stopper 9264/6 onto the throttle body and secure in place with the original screw-type clamp.

2. Slide the stopper -1- into the rubber sleeve and tighten the screw-type clamp as required.
3. Build up overpressure of 0.5 bar. Larger leaks are very easy to hear once the pressure has built up; smaller leaks can be made visible using

leak-locating spray.

4. Remove special tool stopper 9264/6.
5. Carry out the required repair work to seal any leaks you find.

Subsequent work

1. Fit original rubber sleeve on the throttle body. Tighten screw-type clamp.

Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm (2.0 ftlb.)

2. Fit pressure pipe -1-.
