Support the engine with the prescribed tool.

1. Lower engine.

Lower the engine by max. 40 mm.

Support the engine with a jack and retainer plate P 9592.

Loosen and screw off M12 collar nuts on the engine mounting. Carefully lower the engine using the jack.

Removing oil-level sender

1. Remove oil-level sender.

Pull off cable plug.

1.2.

Unscrew screw -2- and pull out oil-level sender -1-.

1. Install oil-level sender.

Insert oil-level sender -1-, fit and tighten screw -2-.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

1.2.

Connect cable plug.
