Removing screws and removing hydraulic pump from the bracket
Installing hydraulic pump
Re-fit or replace the following parts when replacing the hydraulic pump:

Short pressure line (adapter) on hydraulic pump. - Tightening torque: 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)

Holder (support) on hydraulic pump.

Pressure line between the reservoir and hydraulic pump on 911 Turbo vehicles with manual transmission.
1. Fit the hydraulic pump, move it into installation position and tighten the fastening screws -arrows-.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

2. Press reservoir with a new O-ring (coated with Pentosin) into the hydraulic pump (power-steering pump) and fit the fastening screws -arrows-. The
screw on the holder can be fitted on the left or right side.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
