In order to better evaluate the reported damage with regard to visual defects on seat covers, we request that you document instances in PQIS and take
digital photos as described below.

In order to achieve a uniform appearance of the photos, please observe the following specifications when taking them; see also --> Technical Information

Specifications:

Digital camera ("automatic" and "macro" shooting modes).

Camera image size setting (if possible) 2 MB.

At least 3 photos including "overall", "partial" and "detail" views, see --> Technical Information Visual defects on seat covers (58/10) - Sample
photos. Additional detail views as required.

The damaged area must be indicated by a markings in the overall and partial views.

Use easily removable adhesive strips "pads" or similar for marking the damaged area and/or use a second person (indicating position with hand or
fingers) and/or cut out a light colored triangle (arrow-like, paper/cardboard).
