Timing Belt: Service and Repair
Timing Belt and Balance Shaft Belt Replace

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove accessory drive belts.
3. Remove timing belt cover.
4. Rotate engine to TDC cylinder #1.

Crankshaft Timing Marks

5. Ensure alignment of timing marks on flywheel and clutch housing.
