Heater Core Removal / Installation

Removal

1. Remove heater-evaporator unit from vehicle. Refer to Air Flow Control Box - A/C.  See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair

2. Disassemble heater-evaporator unit to access heater core. Refer to Heating and A/C, Diagrams for the heater-evaporator unit.  See:

Installation

1. Installation is reverse of removal.
