Preliminary work

1. Remove triggering unit for airbag. Refer to Removing and installing triggering unit for airbag
2. Remove glove box. Refer to Removing and installing glove box
3. Remove PCM display and operator control unit. Refer to Removing and installing PCM display and operator control unit
4. Remove air-conditioning system regulator. Refer to Removing and installing air-conditioning system regulator
5. Remove switch console. Refer to Removing and installing switch console
6. Remove trim panel under dashboard on the driver's side. Refer to Removing and installing trim panel under dashboard

Removing tunnel support

1. Unscrew plug connection for centre console -1- in -direction of arrow- from the tunnel support -2-.

2. Unclip tie-wrap for wire harness -1- at the tunnel support -2- by pressing the locking lugs -arrows- together.
