Installing latch at front

Installing front lock

1. Push on connector -1- for roof microswitch -2- -arrow-.

2. Push the electric connecting lines for the interior light and the garage door opener control unit from above through the assembly openings on the

front lock.

INFORMATION:  When fitting the front lock make sure the electric connecting lines are laid so that they are not trapped.

3. Mount front lock -1- from below -arrow- on windscreen frame.

4. Tighten front lock with the two fastening screws -2-. Tightening torque: 7.5 ftlb.

Subsequent work

1. Install operator control unit for garage door opener. Refer to Removing and installing operator control unit for garage door opener.
2. Install interior light. Refer to Removing and installing bulb for interior light.
