WM 477619 Removing and installing vacuum pump

Information
A vacuum pump is used to provide the vacuum for the brake booster. This vacuum pump, together with the oil suction pump on the left cylinder head,
is designed as a tandem pump -1-. It is driven by the exhaust camshaft on the left cylinder bank.

Preliminary work
1. Remove rear underbody cover.

Replace fastening nuts -2- following removal.

Release the vacuum line -2- and pull it off.
