1. Guide coolant tank -1- into the engine compartment, tilt it 180° against the direction of travel and fix it in place in the holder -2- and guides -3-.

2. Work on top of coolant tank -1-:
2.1.

Slide on coolant hose -1-, position spring band clamp -2-between the markings -3- and fit it at this position.

2.2.

Slide on breather hose -3-, position spring band clamp -2- between the markings and fit it at this position.

2.3.

Slide on breather hose -5-, position spring band clamp -4- between the markings and fit it at this position.

2.4.

Slide on vent line until the quick-lock coupling -8- locks with an audible click.

3. Work on bottom of coolant tank:
3.1.

Fit M8 x 16 screw -3- and tighten it --> Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

3.2.

Slide on cable plug -2- for engine coolant level sensor until it locks with an audible click.

3.3.

Slide on coolant hose -5-, position spring band clamp -4- between the markings and fit it at this position.
