It is not permissible to make alterations to the microencapsulated screws (e.g. use lubricant, loosen bolts, and screw them down again).

1.1. Fit front belt lock -5- ( -arrow A- ) and secure with the fastening screw -4-. Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)

INFORMATION:  The electric lead must not be routed too tightly around the seat cushion.

1.2. Route wire harness -1- and press it into the metal clips -2- ( -arrows B- ).
1.3. Affix new tie-wrap -3-.

2. Assemble connector socket.

2.1. Push the single connectors -3- into the connector socket -1- ( -arrow- ) until they engage securely.
2.2. Fit a new tie-wrap -2- on the connector socket -1-.

Subsequent work

1. Subsequent work for driver's seat.

1.1. Install front seat. Refer to Removing and installing front seat

2. Subsequent work for passenger seat with seat occupancy detection

2.1. Install suction fan for seat surface. Refer to Removing and installing suction fan for seat surface
