PIWIS Tester II 9818 with software version 7.200 (or higher)

Work Procedure:

Applies only to vehicles in USA, Canada and Mexico: De-activate Acoustic feedback while locking" function. 

Initial situation: Battery charger and PIWIS Tester II are connected to the vehicle.

Select --> Front-end electronics control unit --> 'Codings/adaptations' --> Customer-specific settings --> 'Acoustic feedback while locking (Only
permitted for North America)'.

Select --> No

The message "Acoustic feedback is deactivated" will be displayed when coding is complete. End of action required.

If you want to activate the function again, select "Yes". The message Acoustic feedback is activated" will be displayed when coding is complete.
