To fit the lock actuation correctly, the securing spring must be hooked into the lock actuation lever before the door lock is installed.

The secured position of the lock actuation is released automatically when the door handle is first pressed. A clear clicking sound can be heard
when the door handle is first pressed.

2. Guide the assembly tool T10118 -12- between the securing spring -10- and the lever -11-.

3. The securing spring -10- hooks on to the tool with a rotary movement.

4. Pull the securing spring -10- towards the outside of the door -arrow L- until the spring engages audibly in the locking lug of the lever -13-.

5. Unhook the tool and remove it.

INFORMATION:  Pull carefully on the lock actuation to check that it is secured in installation position. Repeat the steps listed above if
necessary.
