Relay Box: Description and Operation

Relay carrier

WARNING:
Risk of destruction of electrical and electronic components.

Before a relay is removed, the ignition must be switched off and the ignition key removed.

In its maximum equipment version, the Cayenne has four relay carriers. 2 relay carriers are located in the E-box in the radiator tank and 1 or 2 relay
carriers (according to the I-No.) are located on the driver's side below the dashboard.

INFORMATION:

Refer to the respective circuit diagram for the assignment of the relay carriers.

The E-box is located in the plenum chamber, on left side in direction of travel.

Remove the left cover of the plenum chamber.

Unscrew the four fastening screws on the cover and remove the cover.
