Information on tire sealing compound

Information 

The intended position for the tire sealing compound should be taken from the Driver's Manual (index: Tire sealing compound/sealant set for defective 
tires).

The tire sealing compound must be replaced every 4 years to guarantee the sealing effect in the event of minor damage to the tires.

The expiry date can be found on the packaging for the tire sealing compound/sealant set.

The Driver's Manual for the vehicle describes its use in detail (sealing of tire in the event of minor slashing damage). The tire sealing
compound/sealant set is also supplied with instructions.

The tire sealing compound is readily flammable and hazardous to health. Warnings to this effect are printed on the bottle and given in the Driver's
Manual.

Replacing tire sealing compound

Replacing 

1. If the expiry date of the tire sealing compound/sealant set has lapsed, get a new compressed air bottle from stock and place it in the storage space

provided.

2. The compressed air bottle that has passed its expiry date must be disposed of in accordance with country-specific regulations.

Only use recommended tire removal/mounting machine and auxiliary equipment (special mounting lever, bead holding down device).
