W320 - Replace Center Console Selector Lever Cover Screws and Removal Tool

Concern:
The emergency release for the selector lever cannot be operated.

Information:
This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Service Action on certain 2003 model year Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo vehicles. The vehicle cannot
be towed because the emergency release for the selector lever is inaccessible as a result of incorrect selector lever cover screws being installed in
production. The removal tool is also incorrect and must be replaced.

Therefore, we ask that the affected vehicles listed below have their selector lever cover screws and removal tool replaced during the Porsche owner's
next visit to the workshop.

Affected Vehicles:
A total of 111 U.S. and 6 Canadian vehicles fall within the scope of this Service Action.
