Procedure for seam sealing

To seal seams:

1. Apply sealing material directly to the accessory coated with KTL paint.
2. Allow the seam seals to harden for approx. 4 to 5 hours at 20° C and 50% relative air humidity.

NOTE:  The hardening process can be accelerated by increasing the air humidity or by moistening the seal with water.

3. Press gently into the hardened sealant using your fingernail (nail test). If this causes no damage to the surface of the sealant, the sealant is

hardened.

4. Paint the seam seal.
