NOTE:  For production reasons, different paint codes are sometimes used with the same color name during series production. Therefore, in order to
avoid incorrect deliveries, it is essential to use the paint code on the paint data plate located on the vehicle when ordering.

When ordering paint, it is therefore always necessary to state the sales designation together with the corresponding color name (e.g.: L3 - montego black
metallic).

3.2.2 Porsche 911 paint data plate

On the 911 model, the paint data plate is located under the carpet in the luggage compartment, on the right side (to the left of the identification plate).
