Never open the cooling system when it is hot. Any emerging coolant may be very hot and can cause scalding!

The cooling system must be depressurize before being opened!
The general warning notes apply.
1. Open maintenance cover.
2. Carefully open the cap on the coolant expansion tank. Unscrew the cap in counterclockwise direction.
3. Open cap on the expansion tank and remove.
4. Remove engine guard.
5. Remove the sheetmetal brace under the radiator. To do this, loosen the 4 fastening screws.
