11. Unscrew the upper fastening screw -3- of oil line. Replace sealing ring -2- .
12. Unscrew both hexagon socket head bolts M8 x 20 and M8 x 30 on the front end (on cylinder bank 1-4, the screws are located at the side on the

exterior of the chain box).

Note:  When removing the camshaft housing, ensure that none of the sealing rings or residual sealant fall into the cylinder head.

13. Unscrew 26 camshaft housing fastening screws M8 x 45 contrary to the indicated order and lever camshaft housing off the cylinder head. When

removing the camshaft housing, ensure that none of the sealing rings or residual sealant fall into the cylinder head.
