3. Remove the drive belt from the tensioning roller. To do this, relieve tensioning roller with an open-ended wrench and remove the belt from the

tensioning roller.

4. Disconnect the lower fastening screw on the shock absorber.
5. Undo the upper fastening screw.
6. Remove components and repair appropriate components.

7. In order to remove the tensioning roller the cap must be levered off. To do this, insert a small screwdriver underneath the cap and lever it off.

Installing belt tensioner

When fitting the shock absorber tensioning element, ensure that the text can be read from outside.

The bellows must face upwards.

Tighten the fastening screw (M8 x 33) on holder to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).

1. Install holder with tensioning element. Tighten the upper fastening screw (M8 x 100) to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
2. Tighten the lower fastening screw (M8 x 33) to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
