CAUTION:

Danger of burns.

Exhaust system can be very hot.

Only remove the exhaust system when it has cooled down.

Wear protective gloves.

Removing starter catalyst on cylinder bank 5 - 8 - Cayenne S (M48/00)

NOTE:  Observe the most important working regulations and warning notes.

1. Remove engine compartment cover over the oxygen sensor plugs.
2. Disconnect the oxygen sensor plug for the oxygen sensor behind the catalytic converter to the right on the water splash panel and unclip the cables

from the holder.

3. Remove air cleaner housing.
