Damage in the wheel housing and to body by flying sparks when working with grinding wheels.

This task can only be performed using a straight grinder.

Wear protective safety equipment when grinding.

Restrict the cutout area with a hacksaw (Figure 3, arrows) and work on the brake pad support plate using a straight grinder.

De-burr the grinding position with a file and cover with black spray paint.

Clean off the grinding debris by blowing off grinding debris with an air hose.

Install brake disc and mount wheel.

6.

Carry out the tasks listed in steps 2 to 5 on the other side of the vehicle.

7.

Remove vehicle from the vehicle hoist.
