W309 - Climate Control Will Not Display 12 Hour Format

Concern:
The air-conditioning regulator (climate control head) will not display the 12-hour mode.

Information:
This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Service Action on certain 2003 and 2004 model year Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo vehicles. The
air-conditioning regulator will not change from the 24-hour to 12-hour format after selecting 12 hour format in the instrument cluster. This is due to
faulty software in the air-conditioning regulator.

Therefore, we ask that the affected vehicles listed below have their air-conditioning regulator replaced during the Porsche Owner's next visit to your
workshop.

Affected Vehicles:
A total of 1043 U.S. and 82 Canadian vehicles fall within the scope of this Service Action.
