Procedure for programming the DME control module:

Required tester and software version: as of PIWIS 3.0

Procedure see POSES, Workshop Manual, Cayenne, Gr. 2, 24 70 19 - Removing and installing DME control module.

Note:

In order to program the data record, select "Up to M.Y. 04".

3.6

After programming the DME, execute the Kick down adaptation. Procedure see POSES, Workshop Manual, Cayenne, Gr. 2, 24 70 19 - Removing
and installing DME control module.

4.

Returning the Tiptronic control unit.

4.1

Send the removed control unit along with the warranty-processing bar code to the Warranty Test Center using normal return procedures.
