Removing hydraulic tappets

Information

If the hydraulic tappets are to be re-used, they must be marked according to installation position using a water resistant felt-tip pen and set aside in
such a way that they cannot be mixed up!
If the hydraulic tappets are to be re-used, they must be installed at the same position!

1. Pull the hydraulic tappets out of the cylinder head one after the other and set them aside in such a way that they cannot be mixed up.

Installing hydraulic tappets

1. Oil the hydraulic tappets with engine oil and insert them into the cylinder head.
