1.5 Remove insert for locking mechanism -> Figure 4 -2-.

1. 5. 1 Turn over center console.
1. 5. 2 Remove screw -> Figure 4 -1-.
1. 5. 3 Press in locking lugs -> Figure 4 -arrows A- and remove insert for locking mechanism.

2. Install wiring harness (retrofit kit) in center console.

INFORMATION:  The standard plug socket in the center console storage compartment is no longer used.

2.1 Secure connector from the plug socket on the standard wiring harness with tie-wraps -> Figure 5 -arrow-.
2.2 Wind wrapping tape around the wiring harness (retrofit kit).
2.3 Route wiring harness (retrofit kit).
