Work Procedure:

INFORMATION  If a wire harness for microphones does not need to be installed (for details of options, see Step 2.1 Overview of installing
microphone wire harness), only Steps 1.1 and 4.4 have to be completed -Enable mobile phone preparation.

1. Preparatory work.

1.1 Connect battery charger. --> Workshop Manual '2X00IN03 Battery trickle charging'
1.2 Remove PCM3.0. --> Workshop Manual '911019 Removing and installing PCM 3.0 display and operator control unit'
1.3 Remove trim panel under dashboard. --> Workshop Manual 701919 Removing and installing trim panel under dashboard'-Checking

2. Install microphone wire harness.

INFORMATION  The table shows whether a microphone wire harness needs to be retrofitted.
