INFORMATION:  Pull wire harness for interior light and operator control unit for garage door opener through the openings of the headliner.

3. Clip clamps -1- in the bodyshell in the front area.
4. Press in pivot bearing -6- until it clicks into place -arrow A- and tighten with fastening screw -5-. Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)+0.5 Nm

5. Press in cover for pivot bearing -4- -arrow B-.
6. Position mounting saddle -3- at the top on the roof liner -arrow C- and secure using the fastening screw -2-. Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm (2

ftlb.)+0.5 Nm (+0.5 ftlb.)

7. Press in cap -1- on mounting saddle -arrow D-.

Subsequent work

1. Install operator control unit for garage door opener. Refer to Removing and installing operator control unit for garage door opener.
2. Install interior light. Refer to Removing and installing bulb for interior light.
3. Install C-pillar trim panel. Refer to Removing and installing C-pillar trim.
4. Install A-pillar trim panel. Refer to Removing and installing A-pillar trim.
