Trailing Arm: Service and Repair

Removing and installing rear trailing arm

Preliminary work

1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel.

1. Remove connecting link (suspension/stabilizer) -3- on the anti-roll bar.

Remove transverse control arm -2- on the rear-axle carrier side section and on the wheel bearing housing -2a-.

Detach diagonal arm at the transverse control arm -2-.

Rear toe and transverse control arm

Remove connecting link (suspension/stabilizer) -3- at the anti-roll bar. Counter while loosening the nuts.

1.2.

Remove transverse control arm -2- on rear-axle carrier side section. To do this, remove toe eccentric threaded joint on the rear-axle carrier side
