2. Install transmission control unit (PDK) and holder.
Placing transmission control unit (PDK) and holder in installation position
2.1.
Place transmission control unit (PDK) and holder in installation position. Make sure that the clips -1- engage correctly in the guides -2-.
2.2.
Insert transmission control unit (PDK) -arrow A-.

Tighten fastening screw -1-.
2.4.
Plug in connectors -arrows B- until they engage securely.
Subsequent work
1. Install trim panel for rear luggage compartment (carpet lining) at the right.
2. If the PDK transmission control unit was replaced, the PDK transmission control unit must be programmed and calibrated.

Prior to disconnecting the control unit, switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.

Ensure that the power supply is not interrupted during programming.

Connect a battery charger with a current rating of at least - Nominal value: 40 A to the vehicle battery.
