Preliminary work for removing camshafts

1. For disassembling cylinder side 1-3, loosen the ground cable on the cylinder head -arrow- by unscrewing a Torx screw (M8) and remove the cable.

Disconnect oil pressure switch cable plug.

2. Remove ignition coils -1-. In each case unscrew two Torx socket screws M6 x 25 and pull the ignition coils out of the spark-plug recess.

3. Remove solenoid hydraulic valve -1- (for camshaft adjustment).
