2.6. Tighten fastening screws -11- to the specified torque - Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)+5 Nm (+3.5 ftlb.)-7.5 Nm (-5.5 ftlb.).
2.7. Tighten fastening screws -12- to the specified tightening torque - Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) +1 Nm (+0.5 ftlb.)-2 Nm (-1.5 ftlb.) -
Tightening torque: 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)+1 Nm (+0.5 ftlb.)-1.5 Nm (-1 ftlb.).
3. Screw in fastening screws at the top -4- and tighten to the specified torque - Tightening torque: 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).
4. Secure charge air cooler (Turbo only).
4.1. Position the charge air cooler.
4.2. Tighten fastening screws -5- to the specified tightening torque - Tightening torque: 6.5 Nm (4.5 ftlb.) +/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).
5. Secure radiator module -7- to the lock carrier -1-.
5.1. Remove tie-wrap at the fixing point.
5.2. Position radiator module.
5.3. Screw in fastening screws -6- and tighten to the specified tightening torque - Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)+1 Nm (+0.5 ftlb.)-2 Nm
