Coolant pump

2. Tighten fastening screws.

Tightening sequence for coolant pump

NOTICE
Incorrect handling of pulley
*

Risk of damage to pulley

-> The pulley is sensitive to impact. Do not pry off the pulley with a screwdriver.
-> Do not re-use a damaged pulley.

3. Fit the pulley on the coolant pump. Screw in the three fastening screws by hand.
4. Tighten the three fastening screws on the coolant pump pulley. Block the pulley with a brace Nr.38 if necessary.

Subsequent work

1. Fit drive belt.
2. Install intake manifold.
3. Fill and bleed the cooling system according to instructions.
