Disconnecting expansion hose

1.1.

Open the clamps -2-.

1.2.

Remove expansion hose and let it hang down.

2. Place a drip pan under the oil/coolant heat exchanger. (Coolant and oil will run out during disassembly.)
3. Disconnect coolant hoses.

Removing coolant hoses

3.1.

Loosen the clips -1- on the coolant hoses at the oil/coolant heat exchanger and slide them onto the hoses -A-.

3.2.

Clamp the hoses using hose clamp 3093 or hose clamp 3094.

3.3.

Clip the coolant hose assembly -3- on the oil/coolant heat exchanger from the holder -2- ( -B- ).

3.4.

Pull off the hoses -C-.

4. Unscrew fastening screws -1-.

5. Tilt the oil/coolant heat exchanger up in direction of travel -A-.
6. Remove the oil/coolant heat exchanger.
