4. Move selector lever to position P.
5. Switch off engine and wait for about 2 minutes.

-> Let the fluid cool down.
-> Wear personal protective gear.

6. Open the oil inspection plug.

7. The oil level is correct if the oil reaches the lower edge of the inspection window. If this is not the case, fill with oil.
8. Screw in a new oil inspection plug. -> Tightening torque: 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)

Topping up ATF

Aligning vehicle for checking oil:

Align the vehicle horizontally on a measuring platform

Secure the vehicle to prevent it from rolling away

1. Raise the vehicle on a measuring platform in order to check the oil/make adjustments.
2. Start the engine.

Press the brake pedal

*

Shift the gear lever slowly through P-R-N-D three times

3. Read out the ATF temperature using PIWIS Tester II 9818 until the temperature is -> Temperature: 40 degrees C + 5 degrees C.

3.1.Select PDK (Porsche Double Clutch) control unit
3.2.Submenu: Actual values/Input signals
3.3.Submenu: CAN output signals for transmission sump temperature

4. Move selector lever to position P.
5. Switch off engine and wait for about 2 minutes.
