Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Description and Operation
Renix Throttle Body Fuel Injection (TBFI), Late Type System
The ISA and motor are located on the throttle body assembly and control engine idle speed and deceleration throttle stop angle.
The ECU controls the ISA motor by providing the appropriate voltage outputs to produce the idle speed or throttle stop angle required for a particular
engine operating condition. The electronic components that control the ISA are integral with the ECU.
