Main Fuse Boxes
Diesel-engined cars have three fuse boxes while petrol-engined cars have four. The three main fuse boxes are connected to the wiring harnesses via
connectors while the extra fuse box for B207 and B284 is integrated in the wiring harness.
The main fuse boxes contain all of the vehicle's fuses and relays except fuel pump relay 102. This relay is mounted in the cabin under the right A-pillar.

Main fuse box 342 contains relays, maxi and micro fuses as well as a control module with logic functions for the front section of the car.
Main fuse box 727 contains relays, as well as maxi and micro fuses for engine management system T8 and ME9.
Fuse holder 746 contains a maxi fuse for electro-hydraulic power steering.
Fuse holder 746a contains blade type maxi fuses for the electro-hydraulic power steering and the glow plugs in cars with diesel engines.
Fuse holder 748 contains blade-type maxi fuses for the radiator fans in diesel-engined cars and V6 petrol-engined cars.

Main fuse box 22 contains relays as well as maxi and micro fuses for functions in the cabin and the dashboard.
The BCM control module is mounted on the main fuse box.
The luggage compartment contains
