Control Arm Bushing: Service and Repair
Suspension Arm Bush, Rear

Suspension arm bush, rear

To remove

1. Raise the car.
2. Remove the front wheel.
3. Remove the bolt securing the rear bush to the suspension arm.

4. Remove the bolts securing the rear bush to the subframe.
5. pry out the suspension arm from the subframe and remove the bush from the suspension arm. Retain the conical washer.

To fit

1. pry out the suspension arm and fit the conical washer and bush to the suspension arm. Turn the conical section to the suspension arm. Fit the bolt

using 74 96 268 Thread locking adhesive and tighten the bush so that it attains the correct axial position but can still be turned.

2. Fit the bush to the subframe.
