The language for the texts displayed in the SID and ICM display depends on the language selection made in SID under the menu System setting. ICM
controls language management and has the texts for the different languages in its memory. The different ICM variants contain a variety of different
languages. In order to change language in ICM2 when the required language is not available as a menu option the software in ICM must be replaced by
means of SPS programming.
Language for navigation
The language for the texts displayed in the SID and ICM display depends on the language selection made in SID under the menu System setting. The
navigation system audio messages are also dependent on this language selection. There are 7 different language variants for the navigation system audio
messages. The navigation system is only fitted in cars equipped with ICM3 which means that all languages are available in the ICM unit. The languages
