Oil Filter: Service and Repair
Changing engine oil and oil filter
1. Remove the upper engine cover.
2. Carefully press down the catches with a screwdriver and unplug the connector for the atmospheric pressure sensor and manifold absolute pressure
sensor. Move aside the cables.
3. Undo the oil filter cover using 83 96 129 Oil filter tool B207
4. Raise the car and place a receptacle underneath.
5. Remove the drain plug and drain the engine oil.
