The sensor is located in the steering gear housing.

Provides information on steering wheel angle speed.
Type
There are six segments on the control valve which are positioned with 60 degrees displacement. The sensor is an inductive type and is fitted in the
steering gear housing
Connection
Pin No. 1 - 3
The sensor is grounded from pin 1 and supplied with power on pin 2 by the EHPS control module. Pin 3 provides information on steering speed, the
signal is a 500 Hz PWM. The pulse ratio carries information on steering speed, 12.5% to 87.5% which equates to 0 degrees/second to 60
