Body Emblem: Description and Operation
Emblems
The bonnet emblem is provided with pins that are pressed into plastic sleeves in the body. The emblems on the tailgate and front wings are fastened with
double-sided tape. It is important that the bodywork on the tailgate and front wings is thoroughly cleaned with pure benzene before mounting the
emblems.
The S emblem on the front wings is available on the GB and ME markets only.
The Saab Viggen has a unique Viggen badge on the front wings instead of the SE emblem.
The Saab 9-3 Aero has a unique Aero badge on the front wings instead of the SE emblem.
