To remove
Removal entails the complete gear-lever housing with selector rod.
1. Remove the negative lead from the battery.
2. To access the gear-lever housing and selector rod, the left seat and the centre console with side trim must first be removed.
3. Remove the air duct.
4. Engage 4th gear.
5. Remove the plastic plug on the gearbox and insert 87 92 335 Locking pin with the ring up.
