3. Adjust the front and rear silencers so they hang evenly.
4. If the tail pipe is visible: Check that the tail pipe is in the center of the bumper recess and flush with the bumper profile.
5. Tighten the clamps of the spare part silencers.
Tightening torque 40 Nm (30 lbf ft).
6. Tighten the clamp between the rear catalytic converter and the exhaust system.
Tightening torque 40 Nm (30 lbf ft).
7. Lower the car.
8. Connect an exhaust hose and start the engine. Check the exhaust system for leaks.
