Checking The Antenna Rod

Remove the antenna rod.

Check to see whether the antenna rod is worn, damaged or does not extend to its full length.

-

Remove any corrosion to ensure a good ground connection.

Is the function correct?

NO

-

Continue with Checking The Antenna Rod.

YES -

Rectify the antenna rod or replace if necessary.
