Open the heater box enclosure.

Remove the clips securing the hoses to the heater box.

Remove the toggle clips on the side of the heater box, pull down the pipes and lift out the heater box.

Fitting

Fit the heater box.

Check that the O-ring are positioned correctly and that they are not damaged. Refit the pipes and secure with the clips.

Close the heater box enclosure.

Refit the rear floor air ducts and secure with a cable tie. Work through the following according to descriptions in section 8:2 Interior equipment:
-

Refit the centre console.

-

Refit the switches for the window lifts.

-

Refit the rear part of the centre console.

-

Refit the rear part of the air vent and the cover.

-

Refit the rear ashtray.

-

Fit the cover around the ignition.

-

Refit the panels on both sides of the centre console.

-

Refit the glove box.

Refit the ACC unit.
